The lunch menu includes our famous brisket sandwich and bison burger, as well as other wraps, salads, and appetizers.
Dinner includes schnitzel parmesan, stuffed chicken, pickerel, brisket dinner, and pork ribs, plus burgers and appetizers.
Meats are smoked in the wood-fired oven and all the sauces are made in house!
